In Ornithology, Splinter presents works influenced by birds with Carola Bauckholt’s enchanting Zugvögel, Dai Fujikura’s Wind Skein, and the world premiere of Migrations by Hugo Morales Murguía that features a unique duck-call instrument built by the composer. We are delighted to present this program at Cornell University, home to the world renowned Ornithology Lab.
